I hate this. I was so pumped up about this car and how crazy it was. My fiance dragged me to the mall on its opening day and I walked around the mall watching the race stream on my phone like a clown.

At least they put this car in the new forza as a download.

It was clear rather early that this was going to be a disaster. With their tiny budget, they spent tons of cash on advertisement (Superbowl Ad!) instead of focusing on making the radical concept, you know, work. So while I was happy to see a 4th manufacturer in LMP1, I’d rather have them build a conventional car and be somewhat competitive.

That’s where I’d put most Nissan cars these days.

Me to, i totally agree. But the fact that it was so radical. Front wheel drive, using the lighter rules on front end downforce to compensate for the stricter rules on rear end downforce, how the exhaust shot flames at the windshield. It was so crazy and I REALLY wanted it to work.

Does the Lemons $500 rule apply if yout put this on a Sentra chassis?

You know...asking for a friend.

Why can’t people steal this instead of movie cars? Much more appropriate and it would actually be saving it.

Not sure about their US lineup, but they are pretty solid over here in Europe. The Qashqai is a sales hit, and my new car is its bigger brother, the X-Trail - great value for money.

The US lineup is pretty poor. Only two sports cars, the Z And the GTR, both of which are decrepit at this point. Every single other car is bogged down with a CVT.

Same thing with the sportscars here. Apart from them, all Nissan sells is SUVs, and they all apart from the Murano have a manual option (which is the most popular of course).
